Welcome! I’m so excited  that you have landed here.

It was through the pursuit of  my own spiritual journey that this website came to be.  it has taken me a long time to muster the courage and make the time to  build it.  I had to dig deep within my soul. Finally, when I asked myself, would you leave this planet without doing this work, the answer was no. Tapping into my soul was and has been one of the most difficult and most rewarding journeys of my life. The core of my being, the engine that runs my human machine, my soul and it’s health, is wholly dependent upon my reactions to events in my life, be they traumatic or blissful. My soul is affected at every turn and it has been fascinating figuring this out and understanding it.

After going within and tuning into my soul, I wondered how many of us do understand the soul and how it is affected by the experiences in our lives; the traumas and the joys and everything inbetween. Do we care for our soul, do we ignore it? Do we even feel that there is a soul? I am sure, howeverm that we could even come up with a lot of behaviour’s or reactions that appear soulless.

This website and the practices herein represent a lengthy pursuit of my own spiritual discovery. I became a Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master, a Life Coach, and a Spiritual Healer because of  the exporation of my soul.  I have been given these healing gifts because I wanted and needed to enrich my soul. 

I am moved to share what I have learned; to guide if there is a need or interest in exploring your own soul’s purpose.   My purpose and mission is to nurture and support you in your spiritual journey.  I can help you connect with your deeper self, explore your higher purpose, and discover meaning beyond the physical world. 

Through practices such as meditation, rituals exercises designed to foster inner awareness, personal growth, and alignment with your own true self, they can pave a way to help you navigate challenges, find peace, and cultivate a deeper connection with your soul,  the universe, the divine, or your own inner wisdom.
